The Kiebitzberg shipyard from Saxony-Anhalt built the 36.5-metre-long catamaran for SolarCircleLine GmbH. 78 square meters of solar modules were installed on the roof to power the SunCat 120 with the help of the sun. The ship can glide through the water for up to 14 hours with the charged batteries from aentron (made in Germany) almost silently and emission-free and transport up to 180 people.

The interior is flooded with light and equipped with a modern interior and can be redesigned for various occasions. The windows can be opened completely in good weather. The open railing allows a lot of views of the Spree and the shore. The Suncat 120 can be completely circumnavigated once on the outside, with upholstered seating along each side and rear and a covered outdoor bar in the rear. You have the feeling of flying more than gliding, because the ship doesn’t feel a bit cumbersome.
