Reporting breaches of conduct under the German Whistleblower Protection Act
The German Whistleblower Protection Act came into force on 2 July 2023. This legislation governs the protection in particular of natural persons who, as part of or prior to their professional duties, have obtained information about breaches and report or disclose them to the reporting offices provided under this legislation (whistleblowers). By making such a disclosure, you are helping to prevent, uncover and correct errors in our company. If you are or become aware of suspicious issues as part of or prior to your professional duties, please report them to our internal reporting office with as much specific information as possible. We take the provisions to protect whistleblowers seriously and will ensure that you do not need to worry about facing discrimination because of or after making an authorised disclosure.
